Wild garlic soup

There is one soup  i would recommend to anyone, feeling rough around the spring time. This special herb called wild garlic is a well known natural remedy used by generations back in Czechoslovakia. I am not pretty sure about the availability in other countries. But i guess, there must be a places you find it, especially if it has a name in english. It is really easy to make and kids love it too. So lets do this green godnes.

You will need:

1 spoon of unsalted butter

1 onion chopped

2 handfuls of potato chopped

1 handful of stalk celery chopped

2 handful of wild garlic leafs

water

white pepper, salt

cream whipped, single or double, it does not really matter, you can skip it too

Method:

Melt the butter on a medium medium heat, add the onions and fry them until golden, then add the potato and celery and pour the water into it, not too much, just 2 cm above the veg. Then boil it for about 12 minutes, or until the veg turns soft. Than you can add the wild garlic leafs and cook it for another 1 minute. Turn the heat off  and blend it all into a nice smooth cream. Season it with salt and pepper and make it even more creamy with some cream. Enjoy.
